I checked out the perspective problem, and the game seems to use 1.0 for every vertex. In effect, it doesn't use perspective correction at all. Strange isn't it. However, it's one of the oldest Glide games there is, perhaps they didn't really know how it worked yet? (There are other strange practices, for example they don't do any clipping - they rely on Glide to clip for them.)
